NOTICE OF ACTION: Per Election Law Article 2-303 and 2-303.1, the Allegany County Board of Elections will be voting on the 2026 Gubernatorial Election Plan at its meeting scheduled on November 4, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. This meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Allegany County Office Complex, 701 Kelly Rd., Rm. 230, Cumberland, MD.
Staff is recommending to continue using the same locations as approved in the 2024 plan. The Election Plan includes the Election Day Polling Place Locations, the Early Voting Center location, and the Ballot Drop Box locations for the 2026 Gubernatorial Elections.
