If you believe you have been subjected to unequal treatment because of race, color, or national origin, then you have the right to file a formal complaint. How to file a complaint with Allegany County Transit
- Download a PDF of the Title VI complaint form or, have a form mailed to you by contacting the transit office at 301-722-6360.
- Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory act and should contain as much detailed information about the alleged discrimination as possible.
- The form must be signed and include your contact information.
