Polling Place Decision

At its May 1, 2019 meeting, the Allegany County Board of Elections unanimously voted to change the polling place of District 006-005 which is currently Bishop Walsh School to Allegany High School, 900 Seton Drive, Cumberland.  Notice will be sent to all eligible voters of 006-005.  

At its May 1, 2019 meeting, the Allegany County Board of Elections discussed a possible change in the polling location of District 006-001 which is currently Emmanuel Episcopal Parish Hall.  This office is looking at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church as a possible polling place for this location.  No action was taken at this time.

At its May 1, 2019 meeting, the Allegany County Board of Elections discussed a possible change in the polling location of District 014-000 which is currently the Ramada Inn.  This office is looking at the Cumberland Arms as a possible polling place for this location.  No action was taken at this time.
